Conducted workshop for Kathmandu Engineering College (KEC)

With its belief in Transformation of Knowledge. TCH recently conducted a workshop for Kathmandu Engineering College (KEC) Architecture final year students coordinated by Mr. Unam Man Pradhan, Architect and lecturer of KEC.

Mr. Om Rajbhandary, CEO of TCH gave insightful and thought provoking presentation on the topic (Real Estate Scenario of Nepal & The Comfort Housing preview). The presentation covered a broad topic starting from Urbanization and its background: Urban Explosion; Need of Housing; Recent Trends in Housing and Scope of Architects in Real Estate field; ending with the Corporate Social Responsibility of The Comfort Housing Pvt. Ltd.

Active participation of students in the question answer session clearly demonstrated their interest and focus during the presentation. The Program was then followed by hi-tea and a tour in TCH Tower II premises.
