We extend heartfelt thanks to our valued customers for your support and unparalleled trust. With the grand success of the Pre-launching of our latest projects, TCH Tower IV – Sitapaila and  TCH Community Living – Thaiba, we are able to set one more landmark achievement for The Comfort Housing.

As we have mentioned, we have been able to safeguard the interest of both type of customers, home users and investors. The prices of each unit of both the projects will be higher by seven percent effective from Kartik 01, 2065.

The entire process of Pre-launching was appreciated by all the customers. Some interested customers are already in queue for our upcoming projects. We would like to inform all the interested customers that they can deposit Nrs. Ten lakhs for which they will earn ten percent interest quarterly basis and they can withdraw their deposited money on prior notice of fifteen days.
