With the Year 2009 ahead, surely it is a perfect
time to say “Thank you” to all of you. It is your unparalleled trust and
immense support which made our path a grand success.
The Comfort housing(TCH) has recently been honoured
with the International Quality Summit Award presented by BID (Business
Initiative Directions) in Gold Category. The Gala Award Event was held
in the Conference hall of Marriott Marquis, New York, USA on May 26,
2008. TCH is committed to promote Quality culture with clients,
community, employees and suppliers supported by QC 100 Total Quality
Management (TQM) in our country.
TCH is growing in volume and dimensions. Adding two
more gems in our garland, the Pre-Launching of our latest projects TCH
Tower IV – Sitapaila and TCH Community Living – Thaiba were a huge
success. The Concept of “Pre-Lauching” along with the whole process was
appreciated by all the customers. With you by our side, we will be
introducing such innovative concepts benefitting both the home users and
investors.
We introduced the Row Housing concept, in TCH
Community Living Thaiba. We have also introduced a novice concept for
our country. “Serviced Apartments”, at TCH Tower II, Lazimpat which has
been well accepted.
TCH believes in heart to help (H2H) philosophy. TCH
Team jointly works with Hospice Nepal. An organization dedicated to care
for the terminally ill patients suffering from advanced cancer. Hospice
Nepal has planned to come up with fifteen bedded Hospice Center with
upgraded facilties.
With my recent association in Nepal Land and
Housing Developer’s Association, as third Vice president, I am committed
to participate in this organization to strengthen the housing sector’s
policy making with the future vision.
I, along with TCH family have envisaged developing
a state of the art professional institute for developers in the near
future. I hope that we are able to turn all our perceived visions into
reality.
