Dear All,
We extend our heartfelt thanks to our valued customers as
your precious association has helped us to reach where we
are today. Without your support, our success would not have
been so sparkling. We take this opportunity to express our
commitment to adhere to honesty and integrity in everything
we do.
The Comfort Housing (TCH) has recently been honored with the
International Quality Summit Award presented by BID
(Business Initiative Directions) in Gold Category. The Gala
Award Event was held in the Conference Hall of Marriott
Marquis, New York, USA on May 26, 2008. TCH is committed to
promote the Quality culture with clients, community,
employees and suppliers supported by QC 100 Total Quality
Management (TQM) in our country.
TCH is growing in volume and dimensions. Our transparent
working model has shown vibrant colors of success. Today, we
are proud for the commonly accepted perception that TCH
means landmark in quality and pioneer in housing industry in
Nepal. Adding two more feathers on our bonnet, we present
the upcoming projects, Vertical Living Project-TCH Tower IV-Sitapaila
and TCH Community Living-Thaiba.
To mark these dual achievements, we would like to introduce
a concept to benefit the consumers and the investors. We
bring to you Pre-Launching concept in this industry. Please
find the Pre-Launching steps enclosed as ANNEX. After the
immense success of TCH Tower III-Panipokhari wherein we
received overwhelming response from you, we realized that
our products are very much valued by our customers and many
of them were disappointed that though they stood in queue
for hours, they had to return empty-handed as the houses
were oversold. To satisfy you, who are our potential
customers, and to give you comfort and convenience, we are
coming up with this Pre-Launching concept wherein only
selected people will be invited.
We further express our commitment that TCH is forever
dedicated to safeguard the consumers and the investors. We
are confident that this strategy will be beneficial for all
of us. Together, may our mutual relationship and
associations make the slogan “Comfort at its best” more
